**Office of The Deputy Dean Arts Programmes and Office of The Deputy Dean Sciences Programmes reserves the right to
make changes when necessary.
REMINDER:
1.
Students must fulfill the required 80% class attendance for every registered course. Failure to do so it will culminate
in a BARRED status (unable to sit for the final examination). Calculation of class attendance will start from 21/1/2013.
2.
During the class/lecture period, students are NOT ENCOURAGED to apply for any personal vacation (ie: umrah, family
vacation, family wedding, outside society activities/program, caring for family in hospital etc). Permission to be
excused from class should only be for acceptable reasons – death, sickness. If the period applied for is more than 2
weeks, students are encouraged to apply for Study Leave for Semester 3, 2012/2013. (REMINDER: Please inform your
parents on this matter)
