Welcome
On behalf of the Vancouver Thunderbird Minor Hockey Association (VTMHA), welcome
to Vancouver and congratulations on advancing to the Provincials. The VTMHA is
excited to host the championships this year.- we are one of BC’s largest minor hockey
associations with 1100 registered players and 70 teams participating in our programs.

Rink at the arena.

Tournament Clothing
Provincial championship clothing provided by UR Store will be available for pre-order
(see appendix 1). There will also be a limited amount of merchandise on sale at the
tournament but better to order in advance so as not to be disappointed. Early orders
can be submitted to mailto:peeweeprovincials@vancouvertbirds.ca and will be forward
to the clothing vendor.

Sport Action Pictures will be on-site during the entire BC Hockey Provincial
Championships taking memorable photos, available for purchase.

Raffle Table
There will be raffle tables set up on the mezzanine at the arena with $2 boards and a $5
boards (100 squares per board). 50/50 draws will take place throughout the tournament.
50/50 tickets will be 1 for $2, 3 for $5, and 15 for $20. The winning tickets will be posted
at the raffle table.
Concession
The concession is located on the mezzanine level at the arena.
