A. INTRODUCTION
Modern business trends and economic sense made outsourcing of specific Human Resources
functions a highly desirable option for most upcoming and established organisations. Adapting to
these workplace dynamics, Outsourcing Solutions is a strategically positioned, independent
service provider, rendering a broad base of HR and HR related services to existing and potential
(future) clientele.
Outsourcing Solutions, a registered Namibian close corporation, based in Windhoek. The
business was founded and established in 2002 by a Namibian.

Compiling job spec for advert with the client; design and place advertisement in selected
newspapers or media Nationally or Internationally
Receive and shortlist CV’s using a rating sheet based on criteria compiled with the client
For further shortlisting, do first round of screening interviews without client involvement,
by conducting basic language and reasoning assessments for junior positions and
accomplishment profiling for senior positions
Provide the client with the list of shortlisted candidates, sorted in order of preference
On client request, do Psychometric Testing on shortlisted candidates using Brain
Preference Profiling for junior positions and Numerical, Language and Personality
Testing for senior positions
Do reference (and if required ITC) checking on final shortlist before panel interviews start
Draft question list and rating criteria for interviews with the client
Arrange and conduct panel interviews with the client using panel rating sheets
Combine scoring criteria (panel rating; psychometric testing; pre-assessment scores if
applicable) and recommend the best suitable candidate/s to the panel for a final decision
Contact all unsuccessful candidates who were invited for screening and final interviews
