Tamecco K.K. Signs Business Partnership Agreement with Re.Ra.Ku Co., Ltd.
On November 26, 2014, Tamecco K.K. (“Tamecco”) signed a business partnership agreement with
Re.Ra.Ku Co., Ltd. (“ReRaKu”), details of which are as follows:

The Goals of Business Partnership with Re.Ra.Ku
Tamecco operates an Artificial Intelligence (“AI”)-powered mobile app, by which Tamecco
captures users’ consumptive, behavioral, and geographic data, run Big Data analytics, and uniquely
engage each and every individual user with personalized contents. Also capturing external data
such as SNS tweets, reviews, “likes” and photos and much more as part of the Big Data analytics,
Tamecco app gives each user the right content at the right time in the right place. For all retailers,
Tamecco’s AI-powered mobile app acts as a powerful and automated tool for a hyper/flash
marketing to optimize consumer traffic to and at the store.
Re.Ra.Ku, on the other hand, operates 5 brands (including the most prominently known brand
“Re.Ra.Ku”) for stretch and body care services. In the long run, Re.Ra.Ku aspires to become a
comprehensive medical complex capable of providing illness preventive as well as advanced
medical solutions. The number of Re.Ra.Ku stores grew 110% compared to the previous year,
reaching 130 stores in total. The number of Re.Ra.Ku stores is projected to exceed 300 stores
within the Tokyo metropolitan area by the end of 2016.
As part of this Business Partnership, Tamecco and Re.Ra.Ku will aim to implement Tamecco’s AIpowered mobile app loyalty service at all of Re.Ra.Ku stores in or around January 2015. Tamecco
will seek to enhance Re.Ra.Ku customers’ loyalty and further funnel new customers. Re.Ra.Ku.
will utilize Tamecco’s advanced loyalty and Big Data tools to orchestrate personalized consumer
experiences and enhance its service quality.
