SO, TOO, NEITHER and EITHER.
When we want to express agreement or disagreement we use some words like
SO, TOO, NEITHER and EITHER as follows.
I like to

To show agreement to affirmative statements, we use SO or TOO.
Affirmative Statements
Agreement
Disagreement.
SO + auxiliary + subject
I am responsible.
So am I
Really! I am not.
I love beach picnics.
So do I
Oh! I do not.

Gosh! I didn’t
Subject + auxiliary + TOO
I am very tired.
I am too.

In informal situations, you can use ME TOO.
Examples:
A: I used to go to the cinema every weekend.
B: Me, too!
A: My mother usually bakes a cake on birthday’s parties.
B: My mother, too!
NOTE: You can change the personal pronoun according to whom you are referring
to.

To show agreement to negative statements, we use NEITHER or EITHER.
