STERLING RANCH ROTATIONAL INTERNSHIP:
Selected as Vanderbilt University’s inaugural intern as part of Vanderbilt University’s new partnership with the Sterling Ranch Project; a multi-billion dollar
development with the objective of creating a fiber-integrated, sustainable, smart city; technology partners include Siemens, IBM, and Lumiere

Edited and re-drafted the city’s Master Security Plan for recordation with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Dept.
Analyzed potential water sources and associated acquisition/transport costs;
Determined cost, limitations, and construction schedule constraints for each water sourcing scenario
Aided in developing community flow model and projected raw water, potable water, and waste water flows
Completed preliminary LEED ND and NGBS evaluations for the development.
