WEST MERCIA ADOPTION PROJECT WORKSTREAM LEAD ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DRAFT) Core Responsibilities To provide leadership for the team delivering the workstream, maintaining a clear sense of purpose. • To develop a work plan for the workstream. • To gain access to the necessary resources to ensure successful workstream delivery. • To flag any risks or issues to the Project Manager. • To work with adoption managers in existing teams across West Mercia to support operational transition to the new service. • To maintain good relations with all service users and key stakeholders (see definitions below) involved in the project • To maintain confidentiality when discussing and sharing information/data in relation to the project. • To positively contribute to all meetings and send suitable deputies in their place to ensure that each authority is able to participate fully.
