Snohomish Health District does not have a dentist to provide dental services but WIC enrolled clients may see a Registered Dental
Hygienist for oral health screenings and education. The following dental clinics accept MEDICAID/APPLE HEALTH/PROVIDER ONE
for covered dental services. Healthy Options plans in Snohomish County include: Amerigroup Washington, Inc, Coordinated Care
Corp., Community Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, and United Healthcare Community Plan. When contacting a clinic, please
note or ask about the services they provide. If MEDICAID/APPLE HEALTH/PROVIDER ONE does not cover needed services these
clinics may offer reduced fees. We update these resources often so please go to our website (www.snohd.org) for the most
