Whether your requirement is for a basic nurse
call system or a full IP site-wide solution with
two-way speech, nurse presence, call transfer and
personnel attack alarm, we have the answer.
The complete family
of intelligent nurse call systems
In a diverse world, no one solution suits all. This is
particularly true in the healthcare environment where
patient needs, nursing management rationale,
building layout and budget constraints must all
be considered.
By listening to our clients we have proactively
developed a variety of nurse call solutions. Solutions
that are technologically advanced and use
innovative, out-of-the-box thinking in order to
provide one system that easily integrates multiple
functions, multiple protocols and multiple wiring
topologies.
And because all equipment is platform independent
working on the principal of distributed intelligence,
systems can work alone or form part of a fully
integrated site-wide network.
Ultima /
The ultimate bedside IP solution
If your project requires a fully structured wired solution
with inter-connectivity with other site-wide and ward
based systems then Fusion-IP Ultima is the solution
for you. Ideal for new builds, Fusion-IP Ultima provides
full IP connectivity at the patient bedside.

IP to provide information such as bed status indication,
room temperature control, medical gas alerts and fire
alarm details. Furthermore, local control for room
blinds, lighting, TV and radio can all be achieved
through the patient hand unit.
With an on-going commitment to continually
introducing further ‘apps’ and features you can rest

Our after-sales support
Systems support and maintenance
Caring for our customers is an important part of
what we do. With the stringent responsibilities
associated with life safety systems and the
requirement of HTM 08-03 to ensure that nurse
call systems are regularly tested and maintained,
we offer a number of service and maintenance
packages.
Following system commissioning we contact clients
to ensure they are happy with the equipment
installed and explain standard warranty provisions
and arrangements in the unlikely event of requiring
service support in case of breakdown. We will also
review the system installed and recommend either
our ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ or ‘Bronze’ support packages
that can include routine preventative maintenance
visits, emergency call-out and preferential pricing on
spares, as well as on-site training for in house teams
and advice on modifications and alterations to
existing systems.
But it is our attention to detail that makes the
difference! For example, in addition to visual
inspections of equipment and full operational
testing of devices carried out as part of a service
and maintenance package we will also re-stock
patient hand unit user instructions as required.
User support and spare parts
On-going commitment
For clients who prefer to make their own
arrangements for maintenance and repairs we
can provide comprehensive training on the systems
installed to allow a client’s own personnel to take
charge of the day-to-day operation of their system
and to carry out routine modifications without
the need to refer to ourselves. We carry a
comprehensive range of spare parts for systems
and in addition provide lists of recommended parts
to ensure any system or equipment down time is
kept to a minimum. Furthermore, if the system is
suitably configured our technicians can remotely
access sites via an internet connection to provide
diagnostic information and advice.
As an inherent part of our culture we are committed
to working in co-operation with end users, systems
specifiers and other industry specialists to advance
health care communications. This, together with a
resolve to remain informed of changes in standards
and practice, ensures our clients continue to receive
the best possible support and advice.
