At the Bierschenke we greet our customers with a “Servus” as it stands for all the things we are proud of:

Authenticity is at the heart of Bierschenke. All the furniture, wood panelling and bars were custom made
in Bavaria.
Serving delicious traditional German cuisine and real Bavarian beer is also central to delivering this
experience and to complement the existing broad range of bottled and draught Bavarian beers, three
signature beers by the Müllerbräu craft beer brewery are being offered, exclusive to Bierschenke.
With exclusively German speaking staff in traditional German dress, Dirndl and Lederhosen made to
measure in Bavaria, and a focus on high quality food with a range of meat and sausages provided by
our Butcher in Bavaria, the Bierschenke offers you the complete authentic and traditional
package to cater your event.

There is nothing quite like the luxury of having a restaurant and Bar exclusively to host your event.
With a capacity of 300 seated and 150 standing our Beerhall can cater for Corporate parties with
or without food. Our very experienced Events team will be happy to discuss your particular needs and

Sharing Platters
The original Bierschenke sharing platters are available from a minimum of 10 people and will be served
in two different options. Please pre-order at least two week in advance if your group size exceeds 200
guests. The vegetarian dishes are not included in this selection and need to be mentioned
seperately per person.
BIERSCHENKE PLATTER £59.50 per platter
This sharing platter combines the best of Bierschenke’s menu and is the perfect choice for bigger
groups. Each platter includes Schnitzel “Wiener Art”, original German Bratwurst and Nürnberger
sausages, Frankfurter, Debreciner, with a creamy mushroom sauce, chips, mash and sauerkraut!
BIERSCHENKE PLATTER & „REINDL“-MIX £16 per Person
Served in a traditional „Reindl“ dish, this platter includes a roasted pork shank (Schweinshaxe),
traditional German style meatloaf, Bratwurst, Nürnberger sausages, bread and potato dumplings, sauerkraut,
red cabbage and gravy.
In case you would like to add a purely vegetarian option please see our option on the next page.
(This needs to be mentioned separately when booking, as we usually provide a mixture of the two
options above.)

Vegetarian Dishes
£10 per person
We can serve a vegetarian platter which will give you a variety of the dishes mentioned below.
The sharing platter is available for a minimum of 10 people and will be served as one platter, we therefore highly recommend to order single vegetarian dishes per person rather than a platter.
It is not a problem to order these on the night of your event.
The platter includes German vegetable-filled pasta (Maultaschen), creamy cheese noodles with fried
onions (Käsespätzle), baked Camembert with Cranberry sauce, fried mushrooms, a variety of salads,
fries, mash and is served with paprika sauce.
Dessert Platter
£39 per platter
Fancy something sweet? Our dessert platter is the perfect choice and will satisfy any sweet tooth. This
can only be ordered per platter (each platter serves approx. 10 people)
“Quarkkäulchen“ – cream cheese pancakes, homemade “Apfelstrudel“ with vanilla sauce and
„Beeramisu“.

Selection of Crispy German Bread Rolls

The Bierschenke bread rolls are recommended for smaller groups. If you are only looking for a small
snack, our bread rolls are the perfect choice to pre-order.
They will be sold per platter (24 bread rolls).

The Bierschenke Canapé fingerfood menu is available for a minimum of 20 people and a maximum
of 80 people. It is the perfect choice if you are not looking for a sit-down meal, but a few snacks for
everyone.
This menu will be served as sharing platters.

Traditional 3 Course Menu

This two- and three course menu is available for bookings for groups from a minimum of 10 and a
maximum of 30 people. Lunch reservations are possible from 2pm, Fridays from 2:30pm.
Please contact us directly if this timeframe isn‘t suitable for your event.
The different menu choices have to be pre-ordered a week in advance per person.
We can‘t accept changes to your pre-order less than 24 hours in advance.

Beer Tasting

The Bierschenke Beer Tasting Experience is available for groups of a minimum of 10 people and a
maximum of 80 people.
Bierschenke prides itself by bringing the rich culture of Bavarian Beer brewing to London and as part
of this we are delighted to offer you a unique and authentic experience, an evening of beer tasting.
Sample and taste the best beers from Bavaria the Bierschenke way.
Get to know the different styles and tastes, and the history and art of brewing. As we Germans enjoy our
beers with friends and food the sampling of 6 different beers will be complemented by a selection of
sausages, schnitzel, fries, mash and sauerkraut served as sharing platter.

Special Arrangements
Live Music
It is possible to hire our Band ‘The Bavarian Strollers‘ exclusively for your event.
The Bavarian Strollers will be bringing their unique take on Um Pah music to your event.
When performing they can get an entire audience singing, clapping and dancing and they can
perform lots of German toasts or ‘Prosits’. They will bring our their own PA system, costumes and, for a
more modern twist the band play pop music in an Um Pah style. Its very fun, very new and its called
‘Um Pop‘!
As a band, they have worked since 1978 and have had some of the country‘s top professional
musicians play with them. They can use various line ups of players, the standard being Clarinet, Trumpet,
Trombone and Tuba but they can add Accordion and Drums to change the sound and atmosphere
if you prefer.
They can be hired as 4-piece, 5-piece or 6-piece band.

General Things about your Reservation
Deposit & Billing Details
A £10 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit will be deducted from
your final bill. Deposits must be received and funds cleared prior to your event. We accept deposit
by cash, cheque and credit card. Credit card details must be provided over the phone or by person.
The final bill can be paid by credit card on the evening.
Terms & Conditions
When making a reservation at Bierschenke you are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below.
1. All prices include VAT at 20%. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
2. Confirmation of final numbers is required 7 working days prior to the date of the function if a pre-order as been
placed.. The client will be charged on the basis of the last agreed Booking, should the number of guests decrease
on the day, you will be charged for the previous number of guests reserved.
3. Bierschenke reserve the right to reduce your party area if the numbers present do not reflect the numbers
originally reserved for.
4. A deposit is required in order to confirm your event. If you cancel within 7 working days of your booking the
deposit is non-refundable.
5. The individual menu choices must be finalised a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking. We will be pleased
to discuss the menu if required. Vegetarians and special dietary requirements will be accommodated by prior
arrangement wirhin reason.
6. Only drinks supplied by Bierschenke are permitted for consumption on the premises.
7. The Client undertakes to ensure orderly conduct by members of their party. Any losses or damages caused to
Bierschenke or its property, members of staff, other guests or their property will be the responsibility of the Hirer.
8. Bierschenke shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligation to the Hirer as a result of
causes beyond our reasonable control – these include strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, terrorist activities,
fire or bad weather conditions.
9. Any goods and items remaining on the premises are left at the owner’s risk.
10.The final account is payable at the end of the event. We accept most major credit cards. Cheques and BACS
payments are accepted by prior arrangement and must be received in cleared funds prior to the event.
Cheques should be made payable to Bierschenke ltd.
11.If there has been a minimum spend agreed with us in respect of your booking then the Client is responsible for the
actual spend at the function reaching that amount. In cases where such agreed minimum spend is not reached
then the Client will be liable to pay the balance between the actual spend and the agreed minimum spend.
