If you do not have a Tiger email account, contact the Help Center on the first floor of the Cook Library at 410-704-5151. • A computer with an internet connection. • A web browser (Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher). To check your browser status, go to http://saber.towson.edu/learnonline/browsercheck/ index.htm. Process Summary Getting Started 1. Tiger account 2. Browser Check Blackboard Access 1. Login 2. Enroll in course 3. Logout Login Your Tiger account and Blackboard account are the same. When you change your password it will also change in Blackboard. 1. Access http://www.towson.edu/learnonline. 2. Click on Login. 3. Login to Blackboard using Tiger username and password. Enroll in Your Course: 1. Click the Courses tab. 2. If your professor has provided you the Course ID under Course Search, type in the Course ID (ie. CIAT1234F). 3. Click Go. 4. If you do not know the Course ID click on the Browse Course Catalog link. Search for your course by college then department. 5. Click ONCE on the Enroll button for that course. 6. Click Submit. 7. Click Ok, you are now enrolled in the course. Log Out: Every time you use Blackboard, you must quit the browser. This prevents the next person who uses the computer from accessing your course as you. 1. Click Logout. 2. Quit the browser by choosing Exit, Close, or Quit (depending on your browser) from the File pull down menu.
