Classroom at John Felice Rome Center During your first year, much of your focus will be on Loyola’s Core Curriculum, which will help you build a strong liberal arts foundation infused with a commitment to responsible leadership. From there, you can explore the 80-plus majors available at Loyola. The Rome Center is a close-knit community of faculty, peer mentors, and approximately 200 students. Class sizes seldom exceed 22 students and faculty lead weekend excursions to destinations like Pompeii, Tuscany, and Sicily. All courses are taught in English, except for Italian language courses.
