Rules of Play
Option 1:
Traditional Bingo. Complete tasks in the squares. Mark with an “X” when
complete. Game is complete when five tasks in a row are complete. Rows
can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal.
Option 2:
Blackout bingo. Complete tasks in the squares. Mark with an “X” when
complete. Game is complete when all tasks are complete.
Prizes:
Traditional bingo winners will receive a prize upon returning to school.
Blackout bingo winners will receive a prize and lead their music class in the
music game of their choice!
Definitions:

Go to a local community or professional theater to experience a live performance.
For validation, attach a ticket stub or program.
2. List the instruments in the percussion family.
Read about the percussion family and list the instruments in that family on the
sheet provided.
3. Read about any musician and list three facts about him/her.
You may research on-line or anywhere there are books! List 3 facts on the sheet
provided.
4. Watch a video about any famous musician.
Go to the library and look for any documentary-type DVD’s on any famous
composer or performer. After viewing, write the name of the DVD on the sheet
provided
5. Listen to an opera CD in its entirety and name 3 things you liked about it.
The easiest way to listen to a wide variety of music is to check out a CD at your
local library…it’s FREE! After listening to the entire CD, write down the name
of the CD and the three things you liked about it on the sheet provided.

You may choose your instrument. Instruments should not include homemade
