Background
The Firm
JLT India is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Jardine Matheson owned, Jardine Lloyd
Thompson group (JLT). The group is in the business of Employee Benefits and
Insurance Broking and has its presence through 110 companies in over 36 countries.

Provide support to business users with a varying range of Oracle exposure. Log
and investigate issues and use all available resource to provide solutions. Work
with Oracle and manage Oracle Service requests where necessary to implement
solutions effectively.


Agree and document business requirements. Analyse Oracle HR functionality to
develop solution designs and build specifications to implement solutions to
support JLT HR process.

Complete functional build and configuration within HR modules and assist in the
development of technical specifications where necessary for development by
technical consultant.

Assist in the preparation of testing strategies, test plans and support users during
test phase.

Expert in Oracle HR functionality and remain up to date with new releases,
enhancements to existing modules and functions to ensure maximisation of the
product.

SQL, Fast formula and Oracle Alerts

Education/
Qualification

Over two years experience with the Oracle Human Capital Management System
(HCM) Suite, including at least one year working with Release 12.

Experience with the entire systems life-cycle, covering the HCM package,
including scoping, planning, design, customization, extension such as interfaces
and reports, data conversion, testing (volume, unit, integration, and system
testing), data migration, HR APIs.

Worked on at least one full implementations of core HR, Self-Service or Payroll.

Strong documentation capabilities ideally using the Oracle AIM methodology.

Ability to provide support to functional consultants and to business users and
support user testing cycles.

Must be motivated to constantly extend Oracle product knowledge and skills.

Bachelor’s honors’ degree preferred
