RD Exam coaching module is designed especially for students
appearing for RD Exam this year-2015.
This module is a product of “MY NUTRITIONAL NEEDS” -A
Nutritional consultancy Services Company, formed by Ambika
Nair, M.Sc., RD. The coaching will be provided directly by Mrs.
Ambika Nair, M.Sc., RD, a Clinical Nutritionist by profession,
who topped in the Regular RD exam in the year Nov 2008.

DETAILS OF MODULES
There are 10 modules pertaining to 10 subjects, covered in both papers. Those who wish to attend only
specific modules are allowed to do so.
Each module is charged differently as per the time allotted. The amount will be paid in the name of the
company in cash or cheque at the beginning of the module.
Registration for the coaching should be done in prior by confirming through email to
info@mynutritionalneeds.com with a specific mention about the modules selected. More emphasis and
hours are given to Biochemistry in Paper 1 and Diet Therapy in Paper-2, though all subjects will be
covered.
Note: As the students appearing for the RD exam are all M.Sc. graduates the topics cannot be covered
individually, therefore the student has to be pre prepared for the particular topic which is going to be
taught on the day. The topic will be discussed as per the question paper format of RD, and guidance will
be given as to how to write the answer pertaining to the topics. A question bank will be provided and
students are expected to prepare the answers for the same and submit it. This would be very useful for
revision and gives confidence at the time of exam. 2 Mock papers would be solved at the end of each
topic with set time limits. Notes would be provided for Biochemistry, and other modules in a concise
and in a question answer format, so that it would be easier for the student to study and give in the
exam.
By previous experiences, we have observed that though only 12 hrs were allotted for Diet Therapy and
Biochemistry each, we identified that we took more time in completion. So the numbers of hours and
the charges have been revised from 50 hours to 80 hours this year, for betterment of coaching, and to
achieve 100% results.
Dates: The course will start in the first week of July, the dates and timings would be intimated.

time. More emphasis is given in the technique of writing the case study,as 40 marks in the Paper-2 is
