Christmas will soon be upon us and we have great pleasure in offering you our high quality smoked salmon, direct from the
Danish island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea.

We can also offer you our famous farmed Atlantic salmon (salmo salar) that has a more intense pink colour, traditionally
smoked and hand prepared on Bornholm, together with a completely new selection of smoked sea food delicacies.
King size slices of Bornholm salmon fillet ‘heart of the fillet de luxe’ 200g 350g 500g 1000g.

Our produce is available in Mirabeau between 17th and 21st December 2013 and we have delivery in Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and a

Celsius - compared to smoking “COLD” with beech-wood where the temperature doesn’t reach 30 degrees
