Feature Definitions One Virtual Number Provide a single number for customers to reach you and be able to forward the number to wherever you are. Find Me/Follow Me When you receive a call to your Single Number Reach number the service can sequentially or simultaneously call up to four other numbers where you might be reached. Forward Single Number Reach number to any device Provide a single number for customers to reach you, wherever you are. Publish one number and have it ring on multiple devices, such as your cell phone or home of.ce phone, or route it to an answering service. Weekly Schedule Configure up to seven different call routing schedules, based on time and day. Sequential or Simultaneous Dialling Publish one number and have it ring either sequentially or simultaneously on multiple devices, such as your cell phone or home office phone, or route it to an answering service. Caller ID See the name and telephone number of the person calling before you answer. Zero to Attendant Callers can reach your attendant by pressing the ‘0’ key at any time. The call will be forwarded to the attendant’s phone number, specified by you. The online message centre allows you to manage and organize all of your voice mail and fax messages in one location. On/Off Switch for Fax Receipt Enable or disable the ability to receive faxes on your Single Number Reach Number. Trash Folder Contains all messages that you have deleted on the Web or over the phone, as well as any messages (voicemail or fax) that were automatically deleted after being forwarded. Messages in your trash are deleted after 5 days. Paging You can be notified on your pager when a new message arrives in your Single Number Reach mailbox. You can also receive a wake-up call on your pager. Outbound Calling Place outgoing calls from your Single Number Reach number by dialling into your Single Number Reach portal. Speed Dial Allows you to store and dial up to nine numbers that you call frequently. When you dial your Single Number Reach number, simply press a single key on your telephone keypad and Single Number Reach will call the associated phone number for you. 4-way Conferencing 4-way Conferencing allows you to use your Single Number Reach number to talk with up to three other people simultaneously. You can connect and disconnect callers to and from your conference and remove yourself temporarily from the conference to answer incoming calls or to make calls. Web site Interface Provides a user friendly way to access features and make real-time changes to your account such as setting up call routing schedules and accessing the message centre. Message (Voicemail or Fax) to Email Have voicemails or fax messages sent to your email inbox. Upload a Greeting Upload a greeting as a .wav file from the Web portal. Private Code Screening/Do Not Disturb When Do Not Disturb is enabled, you can set up a privacy access code that allows certain callers to still reach you. Callers must press * and enter an access code, that is provided by you, in order for their call to be forwarded to you. Wake-up Call Schedule a wake-up call as a reminder for a meeting or special event. Single Number Reach will call you at the specified number at the appropriate date and time. Just like your alarm clock, it includes a snooze feature. Voice Activated Interface After dialling your Single Number Reach and logging into your account, you can navigate through the telephone menus two ways: either by pressing the buttons on your phone keypad or by speaking your commands into the phone receiver. Address Book The address book contains information such as name, company, phone numbers, and fax numbers to facilitate fast and easy communication with a person or organization. It can be accessed from either the Web interface or by dialling into your Single Reach Number portal. You can sync your address book with your PC, Outlook, and certain PDAs. PC Screen PC Screen is a software application which provides desktop notification of new calls and messages to your account. Screen your calls to see who is calling before you decide to pick up or send them directly to voicemail. When you receive a new message in your account, a window will pop up with the sender/caller’s name and the subject of the message, even if you are on a call. Caller History Through PC Screen, you can review a list of recent incoming calls, including the caller’s information and time and date. Presence Aware Have incoming calls automatically sent to your desk phone number if PC Screen determines that you are currently at your computer. PC Screen keeps track of your keyboard and mouse activity on your PC and will only forward the incoming call if you have used your PC within a specified number of seconds before the call was received. Call Screening with Intercept On PC Screen you can listen as a caller leaves a message or, if you want to talk, you can intercept the call. Single Number Reach number to accept forwarded calls from cellular or landline Forward up to five other phone numbers to your Single Number Reach number, and benefit from the Find Me Follow Me feature. Pager Connection Allows you to be paged by the service while a caller is placed on hold. Choose between two settings: have the page sent automatically anytime a caller dials your Single Number Reach number or only have the page sent if initiated by the caller. Overseas Calls Ability to make outgoing overseas calls by dialling into your Single Number Reach portal. Long distance charges will apply. Voicemail If you are unavailable, callers can leave a message that you can access from any phone or from the Web portal. You have the option of being notified of a new message via your pager, IM, SMS, email, and/or a phone call to a phone number that you specify. Call Director Call Director will route callers to the right person based on user prompts, with no receptionist required. Two greetings may be recorded: a primary and an alternate (in order to offer a bilingual menu option).
