A LAW TO AMEND THE LEGAL PRACTITIONERS LAW (2003
REVISION) IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF
OPERATIONAL LICENCE FEES; AND FOR INCIDENTAL AND
CONNECTED PURPOSES
ENACTED by the Legislature of the Cayman Islands.
1.
This Law may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Amendment) Law, 2006.
2. The Legal Practitioners Law (2003 Revision) is amended by repealing the
Fourth Schedule and substituting the following:
“FOURTH SCHEDULE
(section 13(1))
Operational Licence Fees
Firm/recognised bodyA firm or recognised body employing 1 – 5 attorneys-atlaw
