Brett Kroner is a Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Industrial Properties group located in
Bannockburn, Illinois (also our Oak Brook, Rosemont and Chicago offices). Brett’s team
has been the #1 industrial team in Chicago since joining CBRE in 2002. The team has
successfully completed over 500 total transactions, valued at over $2 billion, totaling 35
million square feet. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kroner was a Director with Cushman &
Wakefield serving as an industrial broker in the Chicago metropolitan area from 19972002. From 1995-1996 Mr. Kroner was employed by CB Commercial of Denver, Inc.,
working as part of an Industrial redevelopment team for Stapleton Airport.

EDUCATION
Mr. Kroner graduated from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and played hockey while attending
WMU. Member of Order of Omega Academic Honors Society 1993 – 1995.
Mr. Kroner currently holds a real estate license in Illinois and Wisconsin, and has been
licensed in Colorado and Michigan.
