Garden planning course
A short course for the novice or experienced gardener and an opportunity to
design your garden to fit your lifestyle and expectations.
A relaxed and fun course that will
enable you to see your outdoor space
in a new light and plan the purchase
of plants to fit in with your overall
vision.
• Getting it right, Soils and PH good
foundations
• Water and air in the soil, the
nitrogen cycle, getting a head start
• Garden history and design types
• Surveying the site, aspect and focal

on the practical side to help you develop your plot.

Flower arranging
Explore and develop your creative skills on our flower arranging design
course for spring/summer using a variety of seasonal designs and new
inspirations. The course will cover the following;
• How to linear design in contempory
style ideal for spring flowers on a
kitchen window
• Plant pots joined on a tray with
bamboo twine
• A gift design card or boxed
arrangements
• Two tiered design using gels
in a transparent glass vase
with opportunity for additional
placement ideal for weddings &
parties
• Landscape design use of pin holder
