Enrollment is open, to all as long as foreigners can satisfy the acceptance requirements of the University and the requirements of the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation. Also, as long as he/she is not in the black list or watch list of the
Bureau of Immigration and Deportation. We will accept a Filipino student as long as he/she is endorsed by Waseda University especially if he/she is a Filipino who grew up in Japan.
