Kusal Subasinghe has many years experience as a corporate lawyer and legal
consultant, being the founder of a highly successful law firm and investment brokerage
in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
In his position as Legal Director of CodeGen & Crospoint Business Solutions. Kusal is
responsible for all the legal documentation and input that is involved in the development
and delivery of software solutions. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Kusal is also
responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial management of CodeGen in Sri

SRIJITH DE SILVA –DIRECTOR
Over 25 years of experience in the field of electrical and electronic engineering. Srijith
De Silva was a senior manager at John Keells Holdings and pioneered in introducing
Symbol data capture solutions to the Sri Lankan market in 1997. Currently he is the
managing director of Power Management Technologies (Pvt ) LTD representing Erico
lightning protecting system in Sri Lanka.
Srijith also involved with installation of AT & T telecommunication systems, switches &
cellular base station in Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
RAVI RAJAPAKSE – BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Over 12 years industry experience in the field of IT enabled services sector. Ravi was
the divisional manager of data capture solutions division at Keells Business Systems
LTD with responsibilities in data capture solutions. Currently Ravi in the only Symbol
certified data capture solutions specialist in Sri Lanka holding a certification from Symbol
technologies Inc, USA. Other than data capture solutions, Ravi has been involved with
Oracle, IFS and e-bizframe ERP marketing activities since year 2000.
Ravi holds his basic degree in Computer science from the University of Peradeniya, Sri
Lanka, Higher national diploma in electronic engineering from BTECH, UK and MBA in
marketing post graduate degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

SYSTEMS (AIDC)
In every Enterprise, large amount of data is required to be entered at each stage of the
Supply Chain starting from the point of raw material receipts from suppliers to the point
of dispatch of its customers. The issue of material to the shop floor for further
processing, receipt of finished goods in the warehouse and final dispatch of the finished
goods either directly to end user or through the distribution system also require high
degree of accuracy and efficiency of mission critical data collection activities to ensure
the smooth, accurate and timely information flow to the management decision making
processing.
In today’s highly competitive business environment more and more companies are now
moving into customized business application software solutions, E commerce
applications and ERP systems in which the identification and tracking of their physical
goods at each stage on real time basis, has become mandatory. ADIC systems enable
these enterprises to capture with minimal human intervention. According research done,
by many independent groups it is evident that, data entry operators tend to make on an
average of one error with every 300 keystrokes. Therefore, AIDC system can ensure the
availability of accurate and real-time information for the business decision making which

In AIDC systems with bar-coding or RFID, the data to be entered is converted barcodes or electronic memory which can be read by the respective readers and
