What is Mud Hero?
With over 70,000 participants nationally,
Mud Hero is Canada’s most popular
obstacle running series.
Waves of 500 participants start every 30
minutes, resulting in a constant flow
of participants and energy that last
throughout each event weekend.
The experience is further enhanced with
a pre-event warm-up, a highly anticipated
Mud Bash After Party, and a very engaged
digital community that remains active
year-round.
While other obstacle runs are
about enduring pain, Mud Hero
is about outrageous fun for
