Title
Resolution Writing Workshop: Toward a More Inclusive and Affirmative IFO Culture
Abstract
This workshop will be in preparation for the 2016 IFO Delegate Assembly, and aims to open
dialogue for integrating more fully into IFO functioning and leadership junior, fixed­ term, and
adjunct faculty members, faculty of color, LGBTQ faculty, and other historically marginalized
groups. We will discuss the role of resolutions as a strategy for moving the IFO toward a more
organizing-oriented model of operation.
