Our client is one of the most important companies, which has a rich tradition and
experience in production of spirits in Slovakia.
Qualities of spirits of our client guarantee first-class raw materials as well as traditional,
time-tested processes and constantly improving recipes. The company introduces into the
process of preparing spirits modern, innovative technologies and employs the best
experts from the industry at all levels. Production reflects customer requirements as well
as the latest global trends in distilling.
Due to its strength and reliability, the company has become a distribution partner for
several import brands of spirits and quality imported wines from traditional wine countries
such as Spain and Italy, but also countries of 'new' world such as Argentina or Chile.
Currently, we are helping to identify customer-oriented candidate with rich experience in
sales and export of commodities on the markets outside of Slovakia. We expect regional
mobility and language skills. The place of employment is Bratislava.
The whole process of identification, assessment and motivation of suitable candidates is
managed by Senior Manager of the company Amrop Ladislava Molnárová and Lucia
Nacíková, Consultant at Amrop.
Role
The company is searching for Export Manager who will:
 Be responsible for sales activities on markets in Hungary, Poland, Germany and
Austria
 Design and implement export strategies and activities for key product portfolio
 Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors; expected
to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers
 Monitor all existing and prospective markets in defined countries and assist to
identify appropriate business opportunities, review all company products, develop
and maintain professional relationships with all customers
 Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume
and profit
 Organize all market plans to suit all customer requirements and monitor all specific
transactions of all customers for all processes

Profile
In respect of the candidate profile:
 Current or previous experience with sales of products on the markets outside
Slovakia is expected
 Fluent business English is needed plus German/Russian/Polish is needed as well
 Experienced networker with deep knowledge of markets of spirits outside of
Slovakia (Russia, Poland, Germany and Austria)
 Ability to identify key issues, create and implement export strategy
 Ability to participate in and facilitate negotiations with business partners
 Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady
manner
 Strongly motivated for this task with an understanding of the business target of the
company
 Readiness to travel abroad
