Senior Manager, Growth Markets Org, Hewlett-Packard Description Fast growing economies – Growth Markets – represent a significant business opportunity for HP and will represent a major portion of HP’s market growth in the coming years. The Growth Markets Organization (GMO) in HP is responsible for accelerating HP’s revenue growth into 60 key countries (e.g., Vietnam, Egypt, UAE, Romania) through targeted commercial, infrastructure and people investments with increased customer relationship management. The Growth Markets, Strategy & Consulting team works directly with HP’s executive leadership team across all of its businesses (Enterprise, Printing & Personal Systems) in growth market countries to define, analyze, follow up developed plans and shape HP’s direction. This includes building out comprehensive country business plans with the respective country managers, prioritizing the key opportunities and supporting the countries to operationalize them locally to reach desired/planned growth. We are looking for highly talented individuals with strong analytic and communications skills to join the team as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will leverage experience in management consulting or business strategy to deliver data-driven, insightful recommendations to HP’s management team, participate at implementation and report back progress based on progress recommend corrective actions to the countries. Responsibilities: Partner with country leadership teams to develop of pan-HP multi-year business plans Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance Develop data-driven insights to identify and prioritize growth initiatives; collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure inclusion and data integrity Lead the structuring, planning, and execution of the initiatives/ growth - projects Lead project teams through complex problems with confidence and clarity Work collaboratively across organizations to help secure commitment for cross-company efforts Ensure stakeholder alignment to the business plan and interlock with world-wide planning processes Travel (25-50%, as required) to work on planning/projects, ensure stakeholder alignment and build relationships (Location: Bangalore, India) Qualifications : MBA or demonstrable equivalent 5+ year post-MBA experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or equivalent ; 8+ years of total experience Exceptional project management skills (must have led client teams, peers, and junior team members and owned work streams in the production of critical project deliverables) Strong executive-level presentation skills Interested and understanding in business drivers, business requirements set by various BU´s that are in support Superior analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities Demonstrable success in delivering results in a cross-functional team setting Knowledge of information technology industry Understanding country KPI´s like REV, Margins, Orders, Growth , ability to adapt and suggest plans based on it Enthusiastic, determined, and self-motivated, self starter, Willingness to achieve results defined by plan through country teams Able to work and engage within virtual environments/teams across the globe Ability to handle ambiguity and unstructured work situations Team player who supports others and leads executives and peers through logical reasoning and relationship development Experience and interest in cross cultural business approach differences to achieve targets Strong communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills Please apply online and also send your details to gmo-recruiting@hp.com
