EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR In this highly visible role reporting to the VP of Relationship Management, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of one or more Inventures clients. This includes direct responsibility to the Board of Directors for each client. The following represents the scope of the position, though not necessarily includes all responsibilities. You will proactively guide and counsel your clients in all aspects of alliance management, ensuring open and effective communications with both clients and their members. In addition, you will propose new programs/methods for your clients to better achieve their objectives, including the additional use of Inventures resources and experience when appropriate. You will actively promote client membership retention and recruitment, manage client finances and attend and present at Board meetings. In addition, you will lead annual strategic planning initiatives, develop long‐range programs involving branding and alliance marketing, and ensure resource management and coordination for the successful and timely execution of client programs, reports and billing streams. REQUIREMENTS 10+ years related experience, preferably from one or more of the major industry sectors indicated above. Management background preferred. Must have strong project and/or program management expertise, including significant planning with ability to implement and track major milestones Must have significant background in development and management of budgets and operating plans Must enjoy seeking new ways to grow the business and revenue, and proactively engage clients to uncover additional upsell opportunities Requires high degree of leadership, collaboration, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Must model and exemplify collaboration and teamwork (2 core values of Inventures) Demonstrated success in building, nurturing and maintaining positive client relationships Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, including presentations Must strive to continually stay abreast of industry trends and changes Able and willing to mentor more junior employees as needed Able to travel both domestically and internationally, app. 40+% SUBMIT RESUMES TO: Careers@inventures.com and note “ED” in email subject line.
