The successful applicant will be an excellent practitioner with a passion and drive for developing teaching and learning in our Alliance schools and further across the Local Authority. The role would support the leadership of CPD across our teaching school alliance and beyond. Responsibilities would include working with a variety of schools to develop the School to School Support offer across the Alliance and beyond, develop a pool of resource for school to school support and continue to refine and develop the offer of the Poole Teaching School Alliance. This will be a high profile role working with teachers across our Alliance as well as supporting other schools. The successful candidate will based at Broadstone First School and be an excellent teacher and leader with first class organisational skills. You will be a self-starter with drive, vision and creativity for the development of our existing CPD programmes. You will be committed to the development of teaching and learning, have strong mentoring and coaching skills. You will need to have a love of learning and a desire to make a real difference to learners and those adults working with them. You will be joining an ambitious Alliance and work with an outstanding, open team. You can expect to work in a supportive yet high energy atmosphere and receive support in developing your vision. You will: Contribute to developing provision to support the priorities for development for the Alliance and other schools, in partnership with the Local Authority. Support in the development of leadership, ITT and Research and Development opportunities both within our schools and with schools in the borough Be able to think strategically and generate ideas Be committed to high standards in all aspects of the life of the school and our Alliance Schools.
