RANCOURT & CO. SHOE FIT GUIDE
HOW TO GET THE PROPER FITTING SHOES
This guide is meant to help you determine the proper size of Rancourt & Co. shoes you should order but if you have not worn our shoes before it is always best to contact us
to discuss proper sizing before you order.
STEP #1:
STEP #4:
Measure your feet around midday or after you've been on them for a while.
Feet tend to swell and its best to take this into account when ordering shoes.
It is also best to measure with the type of socks you plan to wear with the shoes,
or if you plan to wear them without socks then you should measure your feet
without socks on.
The mark on the heel-to-toe measurement will be your length, if you are in-between
lines, go up to the next length (ex. if you are in between 11 and 11.5, you should order
the 11.5). Use the attached width chart to find the correct width - Whichever zone is
marked for your width you should order that width. If you are in between widths or
unsure of which width to order, use your best judgment. Some people like their shoes
snug and some like them looser - choose the width that will be best for you.
STEP #2:
NOTE:
Position your foot on the chart and make sure to stand straight and balanced,
you want to have your weight distributed equally between each foot.
STEP #3:
Ask someone to help you take the measurement, the helpful person will have to
look straight down at the guide and mark the length and width of your foot on
the guide. Do not take the measurement yourself, it can affect the outcome.
It is common to have one foot slightly larger than the other - if you have a foot that
is at least a half size larger than the other we can accommodate this. Please make a
note on your order to tell us which foot should be made in which size.
(ex. Right foot 9D / Left foot 9.5D). We only make widths B, D, E, EE. If you fall
outside of these widths please contact us for assistance.

CONVERSION CHARTS
Use the Length Chart if you need to convert your shoe size to an international size, or vice versa. To determine your shoe width, use the Width Chart to find the W-Zone
that corresponds to the area where the outside of your foot falls, then find your shoe length. Follow the respective row and column to find your shoe width. Should your
foot fall on the line between two areas, use the lower W-Zone if you have a thinner foot, or the higher W-Zone if you have a wider foot.
