In contemporary business environment, the role of HR professionals is becoming quite
challenging; ranging from delivering support services, attracting and retaining human
talent, motivating and developing human capital to become a strategic business partner
and so on. We are now witnessing enhanced emphasis on translating HR activities into
ratios and other objective means of impact measurement.
Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) management firmly believes that human resource is a key
strategic asset for attaining sustained competitive business advantage. In pursuance of its
commitment to wholesome development of Human Capital, ARL has been providing a
knowledge sharing platform to HR professionals from diversified organizations through
conduct of Annual HR Conferences for the last many years.
All previous conferences were highly successful in providing conducive learning
environment to the participants. Continuing the tradition, ARL plans to convene the next
HR Conference on February 26, 2014 (Wednesday) at Morgah Club, Rawalpindi.
Knowledgeable HR experts belonging to different fields are expected to attend and share
the latest ideas, experiences, innovations, success stories and indigenous solutions to our
common people issues.
This is a not for profit venture and just a nominal registration fee of Rs. 6,000/- per
participant will be charged to cater for conference logistics etc. Last date for registration is
February 21, 2014.

The registration fee to the conference is PKRs. 6,000/- per
participant, which shall be submitted through crossed cheque in
favor of "Attock Refinery Limited".
