Field Force Experience:
Working as the Cardiovascular Sales Representative in one of the biggest training and
research hospitals in İstanbul(Okmeydanı) promoting 2 biggest Hypertension drugs for 4
months. Success in increasing the Market Share from 4,3% to 7,3 with different projects
and periodic physician visits.
SPOC Initiatives
Working as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) responsible for three big business
franchises (63% of the total business in Turkey). I have been coordinating with Business
Unit Heads, Sales Management and Reps, the SFE initiatives and KPIs; incentives,
discovery zone(ETMS system including doctor info, visit reports, targeting), performance
management systems, sizing and territory alignment (MAPS®), targeting,
micromarketing , new product launches preparation and related promotional activities,
IMS sales reports.
Targeting System Initiative
Actively participated as the trainer of the Targeting New Launch Project’s onsite
trainings. Project management role in the IT system integration
PMS initiatives
Project manager on the Field Force Performance Management System(PMS) in
coordination with HR and IT departments. PMS in Turkey is a process where all reps and
FLMs (around 550 people) are meeting twice a year to review the performance of each
individual. The whole process is facilitated through an electronic environment to have
continuity and keep standard business decisions. The outcome scores are used for the
salary adjustments, benefits and promotional/exit decisions.
