The research in process optimization, that allows for reduction of the consumption, permits to be firstly efficacious and secondly efficient. Beside this, we consider waste water, after a due treatment, as a reusable by-product. Baraldi School is the result of the awareness that the continuous flow of technical information and updates, connected with the production process of our customers and with the correct use of our technologies, is the necessary instrument to train, inside and outside, all the engaged persons. TTV TOTAL THERMAL VISION It is the technology to measure the die surface temperature on process, and, as a consequence, to improve the process. TOTAL THERMAL VISION is a technology covered by International Patents. TOTAL THERMAL VISION is a thermographic system acting “on-process”, which allows to monitor the whole thermal state of the die surface, before and after lubrication, cycle after cycle, storing the acquired thermal maps. TOTAL THERMAL VISION can be equipped with one or two detection units. The special casing that houses the thermocamera permits to use this technology in aggressive environments such as the diecasting foundries. The information obtained from the analysis of data allow optimizations of the design and durability of the die, reduction of wear due to thermal shock, optimization of start-up phases and continuous process improvements, optimization of the parameters of thermoregulation and lubrication of the die with minimization of waste water quantity, creating an ID for each cast produced, with a total control on the quality related to the thermal management of the process. CASTO MIX Dosing System for Die lubricants CASTO-MIX 0540 is a release agent dosing system developed to easily and effectively respond to diecasting foundries requirements. Thanks to a compact stainless steel structure and to the high quality components with standard spare parts available on the market, CASTOMIX 0540 is an excellent opportunity for foundries that want to equip a single diecasting machines with a dosing unit. The use of a vertical multistage pump, controlled by an inverter, assures the necessary flow and pressure to meet even the most demanding requirements. PLUNG LUB SYSTEM Dosing System for Plunger Lubricants PLUNG LUB SYSTEM is a dosing system for liquid lubricants for injection plunger tips in diecasting machines. It has been developed to easily respond to diecasting foundries requirements. The compact structure, which is very easy to install and the high quality components, with spare parts available on the market, make PLUNG LUB SYSTEM the optimal solution for plunger lubrication. The use of a volumetric dosing unit operated with compressed air, assures an absolute constancy of dosage and the possibility to use it either in airless conditions (drop system) or as spray, according to the specific requirements.
