1. How do I run a User Status Report?
1. Log in to Edline. net with your user name

and password
2. From the Command Center, click Manage
School.
3. Under the School Management section,
type the number of days to include on the
report.
4. Click Html to view the report as a web page
or click Excel if you would like to open the
report in Excel
5. The User Status Report opens.
6. Clicking on the column header will give
more detailed information as to what the
column is reporting.
7. Clicking on an underlined number will
display the names of the teachers that
correlate with that number.

8. Log in to Edline. net with your user name

9. Run the User Status Report in steps 2-5
above.
10. Scroll to the right and find the column
Unactivated Parent Pct.
In this example, 24% of parent accounts are
no activated, therefore, 76% of parent
accounts are activated.

11. Log in to Edline. net with your user name

12. Click on the Classes link under Contents.
13. View the column labeled Content Updated.
14. You can sort by any column by clicking on
the title of the column.
4. How do I determine the last date a teacher posted GradeQuick reports to Edline?
15. Log in to Edline. net with your user name
and password
16. Click on the Classes link under Contents.

19. Log into SiteReporter with your Edline
username and password. (SiteReporter
would need to be installed on your computer
by your tech.)
20. Click the Classes tab.
21. Right click and Choose Select Fields to
View.
22. Highlight Last Modified. Click Add. Click
OK.
23. This Last Modified column is the last date
and time the teacher modified their
GradeQuick gradebook.
You can click on the column title to sort by
that column.
