No copied materials from any published sources, including the authors’ publications, are allowed in the new submission. All submissions are considered for review process ONLY if they have not been published or submitted for publication partially or fully in any form elsewhere. All manuscripts will undergo a strict refereeing process; acceptance for publication is based on two positive review reports and the positive report of the editor.
