Aqua Fitness
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. You need not be a swimmer to participate. Classes include water fitness training with sports-specific drills
and cardiovascular work. You're sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance. Our classes combine cardio and strength using the latest
aquatics equipment for a total body workout.
Aqua
You don't have to dive in or even swim to enjoy the pool's benefits. Experience safe resistance for a wonderful workout that's great for the fit, pregnant, overweight or joint-sensitive participant.
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is an aqua workout set to addictive, international dance rhythms that integrate the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness.
Deep Water
It's time to go into the deep end. We're inviting all intermediate swimmers to enjoy this high-intensity, no-impact workout. It is one of the best forms of exercise.
