Do send copies of all MSCI-related correspondence to the staff member involved in the activity. 9. Remember meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely. It is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. Evening attire varies depending upon the function. The Sunday Welcome Party will be held poolside. It calls for casual and comfortable clothing. Jackets are not required for the gentlemen. Sweaters and slacks are appropriate for the men and the ladies. Golf Information Golf Tournament – Tuesday, May 22, 2012 – 1:00 pm shotgun start River Marsh Course Check with MSCI staff at the Registration Desk if you have any questions regarding golf. Final pairings will be posted on Tuesday morning. The MSCI shotgun scramble golf tournament will be played on the River Marsh Golf Course. Lunch Annual Meeting 2012 5 General Information for golfers will be served at 11:30 am at Eagles Nest Bar and Grill. Golf clubs will be transferred to the course in advance of the tournament. If your clubs have been checked with the Hyatt bell staff, they will be sent to the course for you. If you have your clubs in your room or car, please bring them to the bell desk by 8:00 am the day of the golf event, or carry them with you to the golf course. If you have previously requested rental clubs, they will be waiting for you on your cart. Callaway Razor X golf club rentals will be charged in the amount of $45.00 to your hotel room portfolio.
