Thresette Briggs is the Founder & President of Performance 3, LLC,
and an award winning Senior Professional in Human Resources who
holds certifications as Professional Speaker, Development Dimensions
International Facilitator, Coach and Mentor. Thresette has coached
and trained hundreds of global leaders and teams to achieve highperformance for over two decades. She is a global resource, radio
guest performance expert and contributing writer/blogger for the
American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Indy Small Biz,
HRNewsMagazine.com and Healing Your Hidden Hurts, LLC. She is also
an Adjunct Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, and participated
on a team to develop curriculum for the Masters in Human Resource
Program launching in 2014.
Performance 3 designs and delivers custom Facilitation & Training and
Inspirational Speaking services for conferences, keynotes, learning
series, meetings, retreats, seminars, webinars and workshops and
has delivered services for organizations such as the NCAA, The Indiana Black Expo, Butler University, The
Institute of Management Accountants, Central Association for College and University Business Officers,
Leadership Indianapolis, Ball State University and many others.
Thresette received her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Human
Resource Management from Wichita State University. She has received multiple awards, honors and
recognition including graduate of the Leadership Indianapolis LEAD program, nominee for the 2014 Center
for Leadership Development Minority Achievers Award, is featured in the seventh and ninth editions of Who’s
Who in Black Indianapolis, and was selected by the Indiana Chamber as a team member for Indiana Vision
2025. She is also honored to serve as a teacher for the Sunday Church School Ministry at her church.
Thresette’s professional and community affiliations include Society for Human Resource Management,
NAWBO Indianapolis, IWL Advisory Board, Leadership Indianapolis, Indiana Wesleyan University Alumni
Board, CIASTD and Mentoring Women’s Network. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,
serving as co-chair for the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter Leadership & Education Academy.
