Administrative Assistant (m/f) – part-time (25 hours per week)

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant (m/f),
who will support our business executives. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to match our

Responsibilities







Administrative assistance for the CEO concerning correspondence, calls and timetable
Devising and maintaining office productivity systems (data management; searching and filing
scientific articles and research materials, internal and external meeting materials as well as
invoices)
Facilitating travel and meeting preparations including travel itineraries, accommodation and
registration processes at conferences
Preparing meeting and presentation documents, slides, brochures and reports
Planning and organizing meetings, providing support during the meetings
Performing background research and presenting findings on various business-related topics, e.g.
summary lists of upcoming conferences, summaries of research grants and funding
opportunities
Carrying out smaller specific projects depending on the level of experience and expertise
Requirements







Degree in the area of general administration (HAK, HASCH, FH) or higher level education
Scientific background highly advantageous, basic interest for natural sciences is a prerequisite
At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar function or environment
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
Excellent command of MS-Office applications
Fluency in German and proficiency in English
Flexibility concerning working hours



Ability to work independently and self-organized
Highly reliable and responsible personality
Excellent interpersonal skills
The minimum salary in accordance with the “Kollektivvertrag des Chemischen Gewerbes” for this
position is € 1.761,69 gross per month for full-time. The actual salary will depend on relevant experience
and qualification of the candidates.
