CLERMONT COLLEGE EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY REPORT
This reward system has been created as means of enhancing the esprit de corps of our college
community by encouraging Clermont College Biology 1082 students to engage in the college’s
extracurricular activities. Qualified are any student activities at UC Clermont outside of regular
classroom activities. For those students who participate in these “outside of the classroom”
activities, I am offering five points which will be added to a student’s cumulative score at the
time of the 7 February 2014.
Fill in the following table with the nature of the extracurricular activity, the date, time, location,
and the amount of time you devoted to that activity. Note that only a single activity is required,
but if you have more than one, please list it as well.
