LOCATION:
1. ALL BIDDERS SHALL THOROUGHLY EXAMINE THE SITE AND SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO THE
EXISTING CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED. PRIOR TO SUBMITTING
BID, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY AT THE SITE THE MEASUREMENTS AFFECTING HIS WORK
AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECTNESS OF THE SAME. ANY DIFFERENCE FOUND

3. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING ALL REQUIRED

CONTRACT OPERATIONS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO EXISTING IRRIGATION,
ELECTRICAL CONDUITS, DRAINAGE, AND WATER/ SEWER LINES.
6. IF ANY ERROR OR CONFLICT SHOULD APPEAR IN THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK IN QUESTION NOTIFY THE
ARCHITECT AND REQUEST AN INTERPRETATION OR CLARIFICATION IN WRITING.
7. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY DURING DEMOLITION AND
CONSTRUCTION. HE SHALL BE FAMILIAR WITH AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADHERENCE TO ALL
GOVERNING REGULATIONS.

PROFESSIONAL SEAL:
8. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE, AND
SUBMIT A PROGRAM FOR SECURITY OF PROJECT AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCIPLINE OF
ALL WORKERS ON PROJECT.
9. UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL TEMPORARY
WORK.
10. ALL WORK AND/OR MATERIAL SHALL BE INSTALLED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH
MANUFACTURER'S OR INDUSTRY'S RECOMMENDATIONS OR SPECIFICATIONS. SUBMIT SHOP
DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED.
11. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN A FIRST CLASS WORKMANLIKE MANNER MATCHING AND
ALIGNING ALL SURFACES WHERE APPLICABLE TO AFFORD A FINISHED NEAT APPEARANCE. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN ALL SURFACES OF ALL DIRT AND REFUSE CAUSED BY DEBRIS FROM
INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES OF EACH TRADE. ADJACENT EXISTING SURFACES SHALL BE LEFT AS
THEY APPEAR PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK.
12. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION OF ALL TRADES AND
WORK, INCLUDING SCHEDULING OF WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACT.

13. DURING THE ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD, IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE

REQUIREMENTS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT, OSHA. THIS PROVISION SHALL
COVER THE CONTRACTOR'S EMPLOYEES AND ALL OTHER PERSONS WORKING UPON OR VISITING
THE SITE.TO THIS END, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INFORM HIMSELF AND HIS REPRESENTATIVES OF
OSHA STANDARDS.

14. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL CONSTRUCTION
TRASH FROM THE SITE. HE SHALL PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN TRASH RECEPTACLES AS REQUIRED.
