When the Town meets the Province’s standards, it cannot be held liable for damage done to vehicles by potholes. The best bet for drivers is to take it slow over potholed roads, and report any new potholes to Town staff, so that they can be repaired as soon as possible. 2013 Greeting Card Winner Kara McNally If you come across a pothole, please report it to the Town as soon as possible.
