Title: Auto Pre-Call

Overview: Pre-Call Audits are run the day before, right after the jobs have been assigned to routes and given time windows.

Work Instruction

1.

Generate The Pre-Call Reports

1.1

Log on to 3pd pipeline home page at : (http://pipeline.3pd.com)

Select Operations—Field Operations—which will take you to the field Operations Page.

Select the store logo you are running the pre-call reports for that day.

1.4

This will take you to the page with folders , click on Reports >>click on Precall Audits, this will lead to the

Pre-call Audit Screen.

This will take you to the Pre-Call Audit. (F.PI.04)

1.6

The report data will populate in PDF Format. (Form needs to be added to show the Pre Call Audit Report)

The report should only pull up a list of jobs of calls that were not successful or pre-calls that did not go through

Unsucessful calls needs to be manually called.

1.9

Determine if a call was Incomplete or Unsuccessful. Must manually call all customers with Incomplete or

Unsuccessful status.
