Gruosso, a former member of MFM’s Board of Directors, joined A&E in 1985 as Assistant Controller and went on to serve as its Controller and Vice President before assuming his present position in March 2002. Prior to joining A&E, Gruosso served as Manager of Corporate Accounting at Warner Amex Cable Communications, Inc.
