Pepsi Perfect Competition October 2015. Terms and Conditions. 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, you (the ‘entrant’) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. The promoter is Ardent Leisure Limited (ABN 22 104 529 106) trading as Dreamworld (‘Dreamworld’) of Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, QLD, 4209 3. The promotional period begins at 10:00am AEST Thursday 22 October 2015 and closes at 11.59pm AEST Sunday 25 October 2015. No entries will be accepted after this time. 4. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia who is over the age of twelve (12) years at the time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee. An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age, must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. 5. By entering this competition, you consent to Dreamworld using your name in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion. 6. Entries must satisfy the entry requirements below to be valid. Dreamworld reserves the right to disqualify an entrant for any reason. If, in its absolute discretion, Dreamworld determines that a winning entry is not in strict compliance with these terms and conditions, it reserves its right to disqualify the entrant. Dreamworld reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or entrant (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant or entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. In the event a winning entry is disqualified prior to prize redemption, a re-draw within a period of seven (7) days from the date of the disqualification. 7. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 9. Prize Description: There is one major prize to be won. Prize includes one (1) x Pepsi Perfect bottle. Total maximum prize value $20.15 USD. 10. How to enter: To enter, like the Dreamworld Facebook page and comment on the competition announcement post what ride you’d love to see at Dreamworld in the future. 11. Winner selection: The winner will be selected by Dreamworld and judged on the creativity of their entry. Winner selection is game of skill. Judging will take place at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209 at 10:00am AEST Monday 26 October 2015. 12. The winner will be posted on Dreamworld Facebook page at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 26 October 2015. The winner will be asked to email their full name, address and phone number to promotions@dreamworld.com.au to claim their prize. 15. Prize Conditions: Prize must be claimed by 11.59pm AEST Monday 30 November 2015. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or sold. In the event that a prize winner does not redeem the prize within the timeframe specified, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. 16. Prize selection is game of skill. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. The judges reserve the right to select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. 18. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of the promoter, to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. 19. Any costs associated with entering the competition are the responsibility of the person seeking entry. 20. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. 21. All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for, and will not compensate any entrant for, any late or misdirected entry or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. 22. By entering this promotion you accept that Dreamworld will be capturing profile information including email addresses in order to contact the winner. 23. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; Dreamworld may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation. 25. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Dreamworld, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Dreamworld reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction or limitation imposed by Law. 26. Each winner of a prize consents to Dreamworld using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion, Dreamworld and/or any of Dreamworld’s products. 27. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to the collection of their personal information by or on behalf of Dreamworld for the primary purposes of enabling it to administer the promotion and publicise its winner(s) and to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including the promotion administrator, Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 3 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by Dreamworld. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information, Dreamworld may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. 28. Personal information collected by Dreamworld is dealt with in accordance with these terms and conditions and with its privacy policy, which is available at www.dreamworld.com.au. These terms and conditions will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. 29. Any complaint regarding a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles should be addressed to Dreamworld at the address above and will be investigated by an authorised officer. The complainant will be advised of the outcome of the investigation as soon as practicable. 30. To the full extent permitted by law, Dreamworld, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the promotion or Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Dreamworld assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication including any SMS communication sent to (or by) Dreamworld or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the promotion. 32. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION, TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO OR TO INTERFERE WITH THE FUNCTIONING OF ENTRY PROCESSES, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
