PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SIGNING:
1) A minimum of 15 pieces at $15 or more must be purchased.
2) Cost includes your choice of 10 paint colors, paintbrushes, underglaze pencil, instructions,
glazing and firing. No puffy paint, writer bottles or stencils will be given.
3) Please allow a minimum of 3 days to get pieces and supplies packed and ready for pick
up. NOTE: The store and staff do get busy during the weekends/holidays therefore pick
up is not available on those days. Also, when coming to look and/or choose pieces we
recommend you come on a weekday.
4) No discounts or specials accepted with take out party agreements.
5) A $20 pack and store fee is required at the time party is scheduled.
6) A $150 supply deposit is required at the time supplies are picked up. Supplies must be
returned no later than 7 days after stated party date. Deposit will not be returned if
supplies are returned late.
7) TAKE HOME/TAKE OUT POLICY - Please take care of your unfinished piece(s) when
taking it home. Be sure to handle it with care. Take it out of your car when you get home.
The rattling from a car ride can cause internal cracks that aren’t visible until the piece has
gone through the firing and cooling process.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES on pieces taken out of store or not painted at Take-Out
parties. Clay Café will not be responsible for cracks or breakage that appear during firing
on pieces that are taken out of the store.
8) Party host will be responsible for pick up and drop off of supplies. Pottery will be ready for
pick up by the party host or individual families 10 days after the party. We will call party
host when pieces are ready for pick up. We have limited space to store your pieces,
please pick them up promptly.
9) We are here for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your party
the best it can be!
