Terms and Conditions
1. The Dutch Lady ‘Anak Bijak, Mak Menang’ Promotion will run from 1 November 2015
to 31 December 2015 (“Promotion Period”). Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (5063V) (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period without
prior notice. Last day to send SMS entry is 31 December 2015 at 11.59pm and last day for
redemption is 15 January 2016 at 5.00pm. All entries and redemptions received after the
dates mentioned shall be automatically disqualified.
2. This Promotion is open to all citizens of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as at 1
November 2015) who are subscribers of prepaid and/or postpaid services of Celcom,
Digi and/or Maxis, except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser,
including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion
agencies.
3. To participate in this Promotion:
a. Purchase any participating Dutch Lady Growing Up Milk 900g pouch pack (any
variant).
b. Look inside the Dutch Lady Growing Up Milk 900g pouch pack to find the
redemption form with a printed contest code.
c. Send contest code by SMS:
i. Type (DUTCHLADY)<space>(7 alphanumeric contest
code)<space>(NRIC number 12 digit)<space>(name) and SMS to 32632.
ii. Example: DUTCHLADY ABC1234 880808145566 Alina Hamid
d. Retain original redemption form with contest code and product barcode as proof
of purchase.
e. Each Dutch Lady Growing Up Milk 900g pouch pack contains a redemption
form with a printed unique contest code. One (1) contest code entitles participant
to one (1) SMS entry only.
f. From the valid SMS entries received with a winning contest code, the finalist will
receive an SMS instruction to send the following details via Pos Laju or courier
only to the address provided on the redemption form: completed redemption
form with question correctly answered, original matching contest code as per
SMS entry, product barcode from any participating Dutch Lady Growing Up Milk
900g pouch pack and copy of NRIC (”Proof of Purchase”).
g. From the valid SMS entries received with a non-winning unique code, the
participant will receive an SMS informing them that the code is not a winning
code.
h. Each day during the Promotion Period, the Promotion begins at 12:00am and
ends at 11:59pm.
i. Participants will be charged RM0.30 for each SMS received. The charges are in
addition to the standard SMS fee charged by the participant’s mobile phone
operator. The Organiser shall not reimburse the participants for the charges
incurred including Goods and Services Tax (GST), if any.
j. Participants are permitted to participate in this Promotion via the use of mobile
phones only.
4. The prizes:
a. Each winning contest code is pre-set with a cash prize value.
b. The cash prize values available are: RM50.00, RM100.00, RM150.00, RM300.00,
RM500.00, RM1,000.00 and RM5,000.00.
c. Each valid Proof of Purchase received will win the pre-set cash prize value
according to the winning contest code, provided that the question posed in the
form is correctly answered.
d. Earliest received redemption request will be processed first.
e. Cash prize(s) in the form of crossed cheque will be sent to the address provided
by the participant within 6-8 weeks after the Promotion Period.
f. All cheques must be cleared within six (6) months from the date of issuance. All
uncleared cheques will be forfeited by the Organiser six (6) months after the date
of issuance.
g. Each participant is eligible to redeem more than one (1) Prize and not exceeding
fifteen (15) Prizes during the Promotion Period.
h. There will be a maximum of RM506,000.00 total in cash prizes to be redeemed
during this Promotion.
5. The participants may be contacted by telephone and may be required to correctly answer
a question before being declared a winner. In the event the participant fails to correctly
answer the question, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant. Should
the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in
service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next 24
hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the
Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant. The Organiser will not be held
liable in the event the participants cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
6. Proof of postage of the Proof of Purchase is not proof of receipt. The Organiser will not
be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or sent to the wrong address.
7. The Organiser reserves the automatic right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible,
disfigured and late entries or entries without the right or valid Proof of Purchase.
8. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any prize with that
of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable,
refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize
is correct at the time of printing.
9. The Organiser and the companies involved in this Promotion shall not be held liable in
any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of SMS messages sent and shall
not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber’s
account in conjunction with this Promotion.
10. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury,
damage or claim resulting from participation in this Promotion.
11. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to give their personal information
and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or
photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without
further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for
the use of their entries by the Organiser.
12. Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (5063-V) (”Dutch Lady”) collects personal
identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with you. This information
is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by Dutch Lady and is used to
fulfil your request(s). By submitting your personal information, we deem that permission
is given to Dutch Lady and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the
purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its
products and services. If you inform Dutch Lady via the Careline at 1-800-88-1191 or at
dutchladycareline@frieslandcampina.com that the above information should not be used
as a basis for further contact, Dutch Lady will respect your request. Your information will
not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use. For

13. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the official Rules
and Regulations and decisions of the Organiser.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the Rules and Regulations of
this Promotion without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound
to such changes.
15. Organiser’s decision is final. Correspondence will not be entertained.
16. The Promotion Rules and Regulations are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the
English language version shall prevail.
