Course Overview
This instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge & skills to work with new
technologies in Windows Vista and Windows 7 Beta. Focus is placed on the new features of
Windows 7 Beta and how the changes affect Windows security, reliability, performance,
productivity and manageability.
Prerequisites
Students should have at least one year experience installing, configuring, and supporting
Windows XP desktop operating systems.
Audience
This course is intended for IT professionals who perform desktop support for Windows. Typical
duties include user support, desktop configuration, and desktop troubleshooting.
