Booking conditions
1. All bookings are for one week starting on Monday unless
otherwise specified
2. Subject to available inventory
3. All bookings must include a Domain listing ID and property address
4. Image mandatories and specifications:
§§ All photographs must be of a professional standard and property of an
aspirational nature
§§ All photographs must be taken in landscape orientation, approximately
4:3 ratio
§§ Resolution must be greater than 72 DPI when re-sized to
1400 x 1050 pixels
§§ The hero image from the property details page will be used from which

7. All Dream Homes listings must be active Premium Plus or Premium
Projects listings advertised on domain.com.au or reviewproperty.com.au
8. When removing or archiving a Dream Homes listing, a replacement listing
ID must be provided or the booking may be forfeited
9. Property ID and images received after the booking deadline may incur a
delayed commencement date
10. Any requests to alter the start date of your booking must be provided in
writing to sales@domain.com.au; a minimum two days notice is required
11. One change per week per listing is permitted. To change the listing ID
featured, email sales@domain.com.au. Two working days are required to
implement your change

5. Fairfax Media reserves the right to determine the suitability of
Dream Homes listings, and listings may be removed at the discretion
of Fairfax Media
