Summer readings prepare you for the rigorous study of Europe's history beginning with the Renaissance through 2002. Notecards must be handwritten. 1) Read in Western Civilization textbook: Chapter 12: Age of Renaissance pages 302-333. Chapter 13: Reformation and Religious Warfare pages337-366 Answer the Focus Questions found at the beginning of each chapter. Your answers need to be clear, concise and an indication of your best writing abilities. Be sure to include important people, dates and events when needed. Grammar and punctuation are important. Each response should be at least a paragraph (8-10 sentences). Focus Questions are due on or before August 18. You may bring a hard copy to the school office or email you assignment. I will collect mail the day it is due. Save a copy of your assignments.
