Thank you for choosing Champions School of Real Estate for your Appraisal Pre-Licensing courses. In an
effort to help you successfully complete your online course, please read and follow the instructions listed below.
FINAL EXAM INSTRUCTIONS
You are required by the Appraisal Qualifying Board (AQB) to take a proctored online final exam to complete
your course and receive a course certificate. The final exam can only be taken via computer and must be
administered by a proctor. Please refer to the following instructions in order to complete your proctored online
exam.
1. Choose an Exam Location
A. Proctoring at Champions School of Real Estate. The final exam can be proctored at
any of our seven Champions School of Real Estate location throughout Texas.

Testing times: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)
8 am - 3 pm (Saturday)
B. Proctoring Off-Campus. If you are not near one of our campuses, the exam can be proctored at any of the following:
• Local public school or university library, or testing center that has a proctor and will accept receipt of an exam access key. Please reference the following Proctor Instructions Form.
• Local notary public that will accept receipt of an exam access key. Please reference the following Proctor Instructions Form.
• Workplace Education/HR Director or Office Manager who will accept receipt of an exam access key.
Once you arrive at your proctoring location, the proctor must call Champions at 800-969-2599 to receive an
access key to unlock the final exam. Once the proctor unlocks your online exam you will then be able to access
the exam questions to complete the course. (If you test off-campus, check with the proctor for testing hours
and additional fees that may apply.) Be prepared to identify yourself with a photo I.D. upon arrival.
2. Complete course exam.
Your exam will be consist of 50 multiple choice questions. You must make a 75% (78% for USPAP) or better
to pass the course. This is a closed book exam. You will not be allowed to use your course book when taking
the exam. If you do not pass the exam your first try, you will be given two more additional attempts to pass
the exam. If you do not pass the exam by the third attempt, you will have to retake the course at full price. The
exam will be graded by the computer immediately upon completion.
3. Receive your certificate.
If you are taking your exam at a Champions location, upon passing the course, exam you will then receive
your course completion certificate. If you have completed the exam at an off-campus location, it is your
responsibility to mail the signed Testing Location Form and Proctor Instructions Form to 3203 S-IH 35
#520, Round Rock, Texas 78664. Attn: Online Department. Once this form is received, your certificate will
be mailed to you. It is your responsibility to submit your certificate to the appropriate commission once you
receive your certificate.

The below form must be filled out by the student. Please check off the location where you are having your exam
proctored and then initial the form and include the date in which you are having your exam proctored. This
form must be mailed in to Champions along with the following Proctoring Instructions page upon completion
of your exam.
